  • Applicant must have pass standard class XII
  • Student applying for undergraduate study Science, Engineering and Built Environment must have achieved 65% in standard class XII
  • Prerequisite subjects:
    • Units 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English EAL (English as an additional language) or at least 25 in English other than EAL.
    • A study score of 35 in Biology, any English, Health And Human Development or any Mathematics equals 3 aggregate points per study. A study score of 30 in Biology, English other than EAL, Health And Human Development or any Mathematics equals 2 aggregate points per study. Overall maximum of 12 points.

  • No less than 50 in each skill

  • IELTS overall score of 6.5 (with no band score less than 6) or equivalent

    • All India Senior School Certificate – Central Board of Secondary Education: 60%
    • Indian School Certificate – India Council for School Examination: 60%
    • Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) – State Secondary School Boards: 65%
    • Pre-University Examination Certificate awarded by a university after one year of study beyond Secondary School Certificate (SSC-Class X ) in an affiliated College: 65%
    • Tamil Nadu Higher School Certificate: 120/200
  • Any unit which contains work integrated learning, a community placement or interaction with the community may require a police check, Working with Children Check or other check.
