  • Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
    A) a completed bachelor degree in human nutrition
    B) two degree level units in chemistry
    C) four degree level units in human biology and human physiology
    D) two second year degree level units in biochemistry
    E) four degree level units in food and nutrition science.
  • Applicant's academic performance or grades may also be taken into consideration.
  • Previous qualifications and any professional experience will be considered.
  • Applicants can still apply for certain postgraduate courses even if they haven’t completed an undergraduate degree. Non-tertiary qualifications plus paid work experience or professional memberships will be considered as the equivalent to a bachelor’s degree for postgraduate entry if applicants have:
  1. completed an Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree plus 4 years full-time paid work experience at managerial or professional level or a professional membership
  2. completed a Diploma plus 8 years full-time paid work experience at managerial or professional level or a professional membership
  3. completed Year 12 or a Certificate IV plus 10 years full-time paid work experience at managerial or professional level or a professional membership.
  • Professional memberships must be of an appropriate, recognised professional body in one of the following fields: pharmacy, accounting, speech therapy, urban and regional planning, occupational therapy, actuarial studies, physiotherapy, engineering, law or surveying.
