For getting into Chinese universities do we need to be expert in writing,reading and speaking mandarin.and is it good to go there and get jobs?

Yes, it is mandatory as most of the courses are taught in their language only and it is easier for international students to stay there and communicate if they know the nation's language.

Hi Manasvi, I believe you are referring to the public university options in Germany, which ofcourse offer cheaper as well as free education many a times, however their acceptance criterias are one of the most competitive with a mandatory requirement of min B1 level German language. Incase you are looking at a moderate budget option, then you can apply at some of the top universities and IOTs with a budget of 10-12 lakhs inclusive living/ annum in Ireland as a country (best known as The European HQ of all the IT Giants in the World).
