- Residence Assistants host monthly floor programs and plan year-round events that will allow students to meet fellow floor mates, learn about the services on campus, and provide opportunities to have interesting and engaging conversations, as well as get to know Montreal
- Priority is given to undergraduate students under the age of 23
- There are three residences at Concordia University:
- Grey Nuns Residence at the Sir George Williams Campus
- Hingston Hall at the Loyola Campus
- Jesuit Residence at the Loyola campus
