McGill University Scholarships
When it comes to McGill University scholarships for international students, then various options are available. Centrally-administered entrance merit-based scholarships are offered to first-time university students, entering a full-time undergraduate degree program. The two types of McGill University centrally administered entrance scholarships are:
- One-year Entrance Scholarships: These scholarships are valued at $3,000 (non-renewable). No separate application is required for one-year entrance scholarships as these scholarships are awarded solely on the basis of academic achievement
- Major Entrance Scholarships: These scholarships are valued between $3,000 and $12,000 (renewable up to 3 o 4 years if the criteria for renewal are fulfilled). Major Entrance scholarships are awarded as per academic achievement and outstanding leadership in school or community activities. Note that for these scholarships, a separate application is needed

McGill University Fees & Eligibility
McGill University's acceptance rate is around 40% - 50%. In order to take admission, the applicants must meet all McGill University eligibility criteria. Check the course-level wise requirements given below.
- Undergraduate: The applicants shall be considered for admission as per class 10th exams (if written), school transcripts for class 10, 11, and mid-year 12 or if already written, the final class 12 certificate. Note that the applicants are reviewed on a minimum of 4 academic courses. The minimum percentage required is between 75% to 85%.
- Graduate: To apply for graduate courses at McGill University, the applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a subject closely related to the desired field. The minimum CGPA required is 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.2 out of 4.0 in the last two years of full-time studies. But, note that, in some departments, a higher CGPA may be required

- The Mandatory Residential Meal Plan applies to all students living in the undergraduate downtown residence
- All halls are equipped with tremendous facilities like single size/queen size beds and mattresses (most beds are loft beds), desk and study chair, dresser, bookshelf, night table, vertical blinds, etc
