St. Clair College of Applied arts and technology is a college established in 1967Â in Ontario, Canada. It has its campus located in Essex and Chatham-Kent counties of Ontario. The college is a branch of the Western Ontario Institute of Technology. Western Ontario Institute of Technology and the Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology merged to give birth to St. Clair College of Applied arts and technology.
The college's campus is spread all over southern Ontario. The biggest campus is located in Windsor, Ontario. The other campuses are Chatham Campus and Downtown campuses. It recently built a sports complex called Sportsplex. With all the expansion that the college is undertaking, it has become the main part of the state of Ontario and is contributing a lot to its development.
The college offers programs in various subjects. It provides over 100 programs including diploma, degree, certificate and postgraduate certificate to its students. It offers courses in Applied Technology, Liberal arts and sciences, business and IT, community studies, engineering, media and design. It offers bachelor's degrees in science, arts, education, medical, etc. To ensure that deserving students do not lose the opportunity for education due to want of money, the college spends over $3 million in scholarships every year. College is serving over 8,500 full time and 20,000 part-time learners on three campuses
