Good University with a small town vibe

Tips: There may be a fee hike, so please do research on that there was a huge fee hike this year(2022) of around 10k Canadian dollars. For the program of bachelor of commerce (this university has a good business school). Not much to do in the city for leisure. A very harsh winter
