University of Toronto Eligibility for Indian Students
All international students are required to present a senior level/Grade 12 English course for admission at the University of Toronto. The minimum admission requirement for Indian students in undergraduate courses at the University of Toronto is:
- All India Senior School Certificate (awarded by CBSE) or Indian School Certificate (awarded by CISCE).
- Year 12 State Board Exams with excellent results will also be considered on an individual basis.
- CBSE students who are interested in courses that require Calculus for admission, such as business, engineering, and science program are required to present XII Standard Mathematics for admission consideration.

Document Required for the University of Toronto
The general admission requirements for all the programs at the University of Toronto are:
- Secondary School Diploma
- Completion of Senior-grade/Grade 12 English (or equivalent) with a minimum grade of 70%

Canada Student Visa
International students do not require a study permit if the duration of their programs is 6 months or less. However, if the duration of their program or course is more than 6 months then international students are required to apply for a study permit before going to Canada.
Also, the study permit is not a visa, if Canada approves your study permit then it will automatically give you either a visitor visa (temporary resident visa) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), depending on your passport or travel document. This will allow you to enter Canada. International students are required to have a study permit to study in Canada. The cost of a study permit to Canada is CAD 150.

The University of Toronto automatically awards scholarships to international undergraduate students as a part of the admissions review process. The university offers two major scholarships to its students, these are:
