Ecole Polytechnic is situated in Palaiseau, Paris, France. It is a French Public Institute of Research and Higher Education. It is known for its program in Polytechnique Engineering. In 1794, mathematician Gaspard Monge founded the school during the French Revolution. The institute is under the supervision of the French Ministry of Defence. The institute’s alumni include three presidents of France, three Nobel Prize winners and many eminent businessmen, industrialists, business and researchers of France.
