For extended work, students can apply in advance to secure permission from immigration officials.

The process is the same for internships in Germany. The days on which students volunteer are also included as working days. However, holidays and sick leaves are not covered.

Students can check the work listings on the university's website or department boards. Off-campus jobs can be found using job portals, such as LinkedIn and Indeed. For more information, students can check the university's official website.
