The National College of Ireland (NCI) is a non-profit state supported advanced education establishment in Dublin's city centre. NCI receives state financing as core grant directly from the Department of Education and Skills. It has strong relations with incredibly famous US colleges. For instance, the M.Sc. in Cloud Computing has been created with educators from Stanford, UC Berkeley and Cornell. The NCI School of Computing is one of the largest schools in Ireland and sits in the centre point of Dublin which is known as the Silicon Valley of Europe. Within walking distance of NCI are the European Headquarters of Facebook, LinkedIn Google and Twitter. It is with these organisations that NCI has created courses and where NCI graduates acquire employment. The School of Business sits in the centre point of Dublin's International Financial Services Centre. The world's leading banks and consultancy organisations are inside the reach of the campus. NCI graduates have picked up work at excellent organisations like PWC, Morgan Stanley, Citi, KPMG and JP Morgan.

Situated in the core of the International Financial Services Centre - IFSC and a short walk to the Silicon Valley of Europe, it is just normal that NCI's academic strengths would concentrate on conveying a scope of undergraduate and postgraduate courses intended for industry and by industry, in the regions of Business and Computing. NCI offers academic programmes from Foundation to PhD under the National Framework of Qualifications. Accreditations are given by QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland), a state organisation. These accreditations are universally recognised

The university offers a range of Certificate, Higher Diploma, Foundation and Pre-Masters courses which offer excellent opportunities for progression to promote the education or to improve career path. Research at the National College of Ireland is viewed as a core activity present in the academic culture and adding to the general mission of the college. Lifelong learning, work environment learning and technology improved learning say about the National College of Ireland's historical and current sphere of interest.

NCI offers a wide scope of scholarship from Pre-Masters to Undergraduate to Postgraduate courses. Grants are given to high accomplishing students who show a strong enthusiasm for learning, career development and will effectively take part in the classes

Having a great time in NCI.

Tips: The students should make sure that they have proper accommodation before coming here because there is a house crisis going on in Dublin and it is quite expensive than in India. Also the students can avail good amount of scholarships provided by National college of Ireland which eventually helps in the reduction of the overall budget.

Likes (Quality of faculty): As I’ve experIenced in this semester the faculty was too good and helpful. I’ve learned a lot from those teachers. The methodology they are using for teaching is abs...

College was good. We initially expected a lot from them. But eventually we lost the expectations.

Tips: Try to adjust to everything. Getting part-time is very tough these days. Try to mingle with all the people of different nationalities. I have seen a lot of students indulge in their own community. Try to avoid it. The climate was very good. I would recommend this country.

Likes (Public transportation): As a student, it's very easy to travel to Ireland. The government give us a student leap card with that we can travel the whole of Ireland for just 2 euros within 90 minutes. To the city centre of Dublin, we have 24/7 buses and...

It's a good college and it's in the heart of Dublin.

Tips: Students should try to reach out to fellow Indian students and talk to them. Before joining the college, a student should be well aware of the course taken because sometimes in a particular course, the subject matter can vary as to what is taught in India. Ireland as a country is good for Indian students because it is an English-speaking nation and there are many job opportunities here. National College of Ireland is amongst the top colleges in the country so you should go for it. There are many...

Great college with great ROI

Tips: The college is situated in the heart of Dublin. It's easily accessible, and we don't have to worry about anything much here. Studies can be managed, with part-time work. Expenses can be taken care of and with enough part-time and job opportunities one can have a great life in Dublin.

Likes (Part time work): We get a lot of options to work part-time everywhere. There has been great availability of jobs and the pay is good too. There have been instances where you can find multiple jobs and work for them based on your ava...

College with good quality education and highly experienced faculty

Tips: One should search about the courses which are eligible for them. After searching about different modules and activities present in the course, finally, one should select a course. Students can also message the administrative block if they want to know more about the course structure.
