Be ready for a big cultural shift

Tips: There was a huge cultural shift plus the Irish accent is tough to understand in general. But at the same time, I was independent and had to manage everything on my own. The experience was really good regarding that. Both university and course are excellent. There are plenty of scholarships as well but I didn't get any. You can apply through the scholarships page of TCD.

Practical academic orientation in best university of Ireland.

Tips: It's the best University in Ireland, it has a rich heritage as it dates back to 1590. Walking inside the college every day is a pleasure, the professors are amazing and very interactive. Batch sizes are not too big so, individual attention becomes the biggest perk. In my field that is computer engineering, I feel that their curriculum is application oriented rather than theoretical. For this semester up to 60% of my grade is based on assignments and coursework and I believe that this will make m...

Amazing college experience and beautiful country awaits you

Tips: Get a good grip of core concepts of your course. It might help you understand better while studying. Also, learning Irish slang might be helpful. Shop some warm clothes if you are arriving in Ireland in winters and most importantly a good pair of shoes. You'll be walking a lot here.

Likes (Internships): Many companies do their seminars while students are in their semesters. Most of the internships get converted to permanent jobs as well. One important point to note is you can get an internship in any field of your ch...

It's a great college and excellent teaching

Tips: Students who aspire to study at Trinity College Dublin should know that this is a very old prestigious university. When we join the university we are taken to tour the campus and also see the book of Kells exhibition which is an old bible having beautiful calligraphy and illustrations. If you’re a student who likes architecture, literature, or philosophy this place is for you and I’m not talking about the academic part I’m talking about the visuals you’ll get to see here. The library has separat...
