CGPA - 3.2/4

  • Applicants must have obtained either:
    • a Second Class Honours Grade I in a primary honours degree (NFQ, Level 8) in Computer Science or a closely related discipline or
    • a First Class Honours in a Higher Diploma conversion course, such as the Higher Diploma in Applied Computing Technology at UCC
    • Candidates from Grandes Écoles Colleges are also eligible to apply if they are studying a cognate discipline in an ENSEA or EFREI Graduate School and are eligible to enter the final year (M2) of their programme
  • Applicants must hold a degree with:
    • Where first division is awarded at 60%, a grade of 66-74% is equivalent to a 2H1.

    • Where first division is awarded at 65%, a grade of 70-79% is equivalent to a 2H1

    • Minimum CGPA of 7.5 on a 10 point scale

    • Minimum CGPA 3.2 on a 4 point scale

  • Applicants with degrees from IIT need to contact  International Office for specific requirement
  • Applicants with a degree from top universities such as the University of Mumbai, University of Delhi, University of Calcutta, and the University of Pune, may be accepted with high second class/high second division marks
  • Applications from other suitably qualified candidates, or from those with equivalent technical experience/qualifications, will be considered under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
