Eligibility

Students will be considered automatically for a Guaranteed Entrance Scholarship if you are:

  • a current high school (secondary) student who plans to come to USask after you graduate, or
  • a student who has already graduated from high school (secondary) but has little or no previous post-secondary education (less than 18 transferable credit units)

University will calculate the admission average using this five-mark formula:

  • One English
  • One math
  • Three other approved subjects:
    • Maximum of two natural sciences
    • Maximum of two social sciences or humanities
    • Maximum of one fine or performing art
  • IELTS- overall score 6.5 with minimum 6.0 in each component
  • TOEFL- overall score 86 with minimum score 19 in each section 
  • PTE- overall score 63 with minimum section 59
