  • Applicants normally hold a 2.1 Honours degree or above or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University in Law, Social Sciences, Humanities or a cognate discipline
  • Exemption for the above requirements may be considered for those applicants who hold a Master's degree (or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University) OR for those applicants with a 2.2 Honours degree (or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University) along with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • 2.1 equivalent as comparable to India:
    • First Division Pass and a minimum final average of 60% (in the traditional system), or
    • CGPA 7.5 out of 10 on the 10 point scale; or 7.0 out of 10 if this equates to 'Good' in the institutional grading system, or
    • 4.0 out of 6.0/B/Good in the 6-point system
  • 58% is acceptable from India's top institutions

IELTS

  • With not less than 5.5 in any component

Applicants with 70% marks in English un 12th from one of the following board are eligible for ELP waiver: CBSE, CICSE, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal boards
