The University of the West of England (UWE) is a University Alliance educational institution that provides education at the undergraduate and master's level. The university offers over 600 programmes in several lucrative disciplines. UWE maintains e Frenchay Campus, City Campus, Gloucester Campus, Glenside Campus and Hartpury University. The Frenchay campus has the Engineering Building, Bristols Business School, Future Space and Health Tech Hub. The city campus is known to have the award-winning film studios and design studios. Some of the successful alumni of UWE are radio presenter Angellica Bell, comedian Russell Howard, artist Paul Coldwell and sportsperson Simon Shaw. One of the prominent alumni of the university is the famous TV personality Bear Grylls. Bear Grylls is known for his popular show Man Vs Wild, which first came out in the year 2006.
