Applicant will need:

  • Normally a honours degree at 2:2 or above in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

  • Can consider applicants who do not meet the normal entry requirement, but who do have relevant professional experience or qualifications. In your application, you should describe in detail your professional experience and qualifications

  • Entry requirements for postgraduate courses vary from institution to institution and have been determined by both the length of the degree and the section of university (as defined by the NOOSR list):

  • NOOSR Section 1 - 2.6 GPA or 48% for a three-four year degree, 45% from a five-year degree.

TOEFL

Marks - 90/120

  •  Overall score of 90 or above, including a minimum of 17 in Listening and Writing, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking.

PTE

Marks - 58/90

  • Overall score of 58 with at least 51 in each component (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking)

IELTS

Marks - 6.5/9

  •  The International English Language Test (IELTS) overall score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component.

Duolingo

Marks - 120/160

  • 120 with a minimum of 100 in all other components

Other eligibility criteria
  • ELP Waiver: Applicants with 70% in English in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB can fulfill English language requirement
