Employers can engage with Warwick MBA students during their time at WBS and after they graduate.

  • Group projects: The LeadershipPlus module invites a team of six to eight students that work with an employer you for a three-month period to analyse their business challenges and provide recommendations.
  • Individual projects: Students undertake an individual consultancy project, working alongside an organisation for 10 to 12 weeks over the summer. They provide their insights, analysis and recommendations to the employer.
  • Employer treks: Site visits, either virtually or in person, are a dynamic way to engage with recruiters. These visits allow students to gain a real insight into a day in the life of a company.
  • Recruitment presentations: The career team at school organises bespoke events throughout the year and assist employers in their recruitment plans and deadlines.
