Conditional Offer | Yes Applicants who do not qualify for unconditional admission may apply for a conditional admission. Meet one of the following academic requirements: Have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, or Have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 2.50 on a 4.0 scale and 2.75 GPA on the last 60 hours (admission with this GPA is contingent on a letter of recommendation from the school superintendent or principal), or Have at least a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) from a graduate school from an accredited university. Conditional admission requires that the candidate make a grade of B or better during the first twelve hours of graduate work at Arkansas State University. |

- Financial statement/bank letter in English issued by a bank or financial institution along with a sponsorship letter from the sponsor (if applicable). The document must be less than one-year-old and show liquid assets (such as a checking or savings account) with an ending balance of at least $23,000 U.S. dollars

- Immunization Record (2 MMRs)
