One of the top colleges for medicine, Baylor College of Medicine has been ranked No. 22 in Best Medical Schools: Research and No. 4 in Best Medical Schools: Primary Care for 2020 by U.S. News & World Report.

Today, it is among the best and least expensive private medical institutions for research and learning in the country. Currently, the Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) prepares more than 3,000 graduates, medical students, nurse anesthesia, and physician assistant students, as well as residents and post-doctoral fellows. The institute awards masters and doctorate degrees to students under the accreditation of SACSCOC.

Spread across a 700-acre complex in the Texas Medical Centre and housing 42 member institutions, BCM has affiliations with seven teaching hospitals, each with a national and international reputation for medical excellence.
