At least five years of managerial experience in HR/OD (as determined by designated MSHROD faculty committee) and/or senior HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR or equivalent)
A Master’s or terminal degree from universities with an AACSB accredited college/school of business (master’s degrees from any other institutions need to be approved by the MSHROD faculty committee). |
